actory reset ur device
1. First Root You Device.
2. open Settings, about, tap many times on build number to enable developing mode.
3. make usb debugging on.
4. goto dail pad and type *#0808# click " AP" and DM+Modem+Adb ANd press ok.
5. type *#7284# and click on PDA.
6. type *#9090# and click on 4. DM OVER UART.
7. Reboot Ur Device.
switch on without cell without any sim
8. select samsung port, read info, and press unlock
